Agency engagements

Development, marketing and consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and intellectual property. Nothing on this site alters or overrides such an agreement.

Publisher network participation

• Applications are reviewed and may be approved or declined at our discretion.
• Traffic must be lawful, disclosed where required, and free of incentivized, misleading or trademark-infringing promotion.
• Fraudulent, bot-generated or duplicated leads are non-payable and may result in termination.
• Payouts follow the agreed schedule once volume and quality thresholds are validated.

Intellectual property

The TraffiWork and CoreLead Media names, logos and site content are our property. Client deliverables transfer per the applicable engagement agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from use of this site.
